Tierra Patagonia Hotel and Spa
The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the Sarmiento Gate entrance to Torres del Paine National Park and occupies a lovely position overlooking Sarmiento Lake towards the National Park.
Facilities
There are 40 rooms, all equipped with central heating, safety deposit box and phone. There are no TVs in the room. There is a large dining room/bar/lounge with fireplace and large windows overlooking the lake, in addition to a library and TV room, and a spa with a small indoor pool, sauna, and outside Jacuzzis. Complimentary Wi Fi is available but there is only a signal by the windows in the dining room/bar/lounge.
Local Wildlife
There are 26 species of mammal in Torres del Paine National Park including guanaco, puma, south Andean deer, dwarf armadillo and Patagonian skunk. Bird species number 118 including Chilean flamingo, lesser rhea and Andean condor.
