Inner Islands
Fleur De Lys
Fleur De Lys is a small self-catering hotel on the western tip of compact and friendly La Digue island. Scot/Seychellois-owned, the hotel is on the edge of the local village and is a short walk or cycle ride from quiet beaches, shallow reefs and native tropical forest. Fleur De Lys does not set out to offer luxury but does provide very private, comfortable and well equipped self-catering bungalows with excellent service from the staff and a helpful, friendly atmosphere.
There are just eight charming bungalows – all decorated in light and neutral colours – with separate bedroom, open plan living room and kitchenette, and modern bathroom with solar powered hot water. The bungalows have air-conditioning (charges may apply) as well as private verandahs and safety deposit boxes. Other facilities include a communal guest lounge, day room and laundry service. Bicycles are available to hire and are an excellent way to explore the island. There is no restaurant on site but fresh, hearty breakfasts can be delivered to your bungalow if requested the day before. There are several good restaurants and shops within walking or cycling distance.
The hotel can arrange boat trips around the island with the possibility for snorkelling. All-day boat outings are also possible, stopping at the beautiful Sister Island for a BBQ lunch and some wonderful snorkelling off Felicite where green and hawksbill turtles cad be seen in season.

Private bathrooms, air-conditioning (fee payable), kitchenette, communal lounge, safety deposit box and bicycle hire (fee).
