The hotel is just outside the southern boundary of Torres del Paine National Park. It is situated on the banks of the Serrano River which flows from Toro Lake into Last Hope Sound. The rooms have large windows offering scenic views of the Paine Massif or Mount Balmaceda. All have heating, fans and private bathrooms.
